Description

The Ruskin Hall is an early 19th-century building located at 1390 Dale Road in Matlock Bath. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys. The building features a gabled end with two windows that have later sash fittings. There are false quoins at the sides, ornamental bargeboards on the gables, and bold eaves. The roof is covered with slates. Originally, this hall served as the servants' hall for Tor House, which is now known as the High Tor Hotel.
