Description

The Boathouse Inn is an early 19th-century building located at 110 Dale Road in Matlock. It is constructed of stucco and features two storeys with three sash windows. The plain doorway is situated on the returned side and has a moulded reveal, with steps leading up to it. The building has plain eaves, stone stacks, and a tiled roof. To the left side, there is a recessed wing made of coursed stone rubble, which includes two additional sash windows.
