Description
Rosebank Farmhouse in Little Cubley is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of red brick with painted stone dressings and features a plain tile roof with brick gable end stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with a later single bay addition that is recessed.
The central entrance has a glazed panelled door set in a moulded doorcase, which is sheltered by an open timber porch topped with a bell-canted, leaded roof. On either side of the entrance, there are glazing bar sash windows beneath wedge lintels. Above the door, there are three similar windows. The eastern addition has a plank door below and a plain sash window above, both situated under plain painted lintels. This farmhouse is included in the listing for its group value.
