This building is a house located north of The Old Smithy in Little Cubley, built in 1826. It is constructed of red brick with brick dressings and stone sills, topped with a plain tile roof featuring brick gable end stacks and a dentilled brick eaves band. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. On the ground floor, there are two segment head 3-light casement windows, while the upper floor features two flat headed 3-light casements set under timber lintels. A datestone inscribed '1826' is located between the top two windows. At the rear, there is a glazed door leading into a single storey lean-to.
