Description

This is a late 19th-century pump located opposite the School House in Alkmonton. It is made of cast iron and features a stone trough. The pump has a banded stem with a fluted top and nozzle, along with a wavy handle on the right side. Below the pump is a plain stone trough designed to catch the water. This structure is included in the listing for its group value only.
