Description
This barn, located to the south-east of Yeaveley House, was built in the mid-18th century and has since been converted into stables with a loft above. It is constructed of red brick with brick dressings and features a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The original section on the west side has a pattern of slit breathers on all sides. The south elevation facing the street is a blank wall, while the north elevation includes two stepped segment-headed doors, with similar-headed windows on the east side of each. There is also a later inserted doorcase on the far east side, and above this are two square openings for the hayloft. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
