Description

This is a house adjoining Green Cottage, built in the late 18th century with some alterations from the 19th century. The structure is made of coursed limestone rubble with quoins and has flush gritstone dressings. It features a plain tile roof and a brick stack at the gable end. The front has two bays and appears to be two storeys high, but it is actually three storeys at the rear. The central window has 19th-century casements, while the former doorcase to the north is blocked. To the south, there is a doorcase with a raised and fielded 18th-century door, and above it are two similar windows. There is also a small square blocked opening above the blocked door. To the north, there is an adjoining single-storey shed.
