Description

The Lodge is a lodge cottage built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with gritstone dressings and features a plain tile hipped roof with overhanging eaves. There is a brick intermediate stack. The northwest street elevation has a wooden ogee porch, which is decorated with three stars and a finial, situated above a 20th-century door. To the west, there is a six-pane glazing bar sash window with a gritstone lintel, above another similar window. A large extension in red brick is located at the rear.
