Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a cottage dated 1858, though it may be older, located on the north-east side of Hopping Hill in Milford. The building stands back in a garden and is constructed of coursed stone with a tiled roof featuring end chimneys. It is two storeys high and has three windows, which are sashes with late 19th-century glazing and boxed frames. The ground floor windows have cambered head linings, while the centre first-floor window has modern glazing. The centre door, along with the flanking windows, features voussoirs.
