Description
Milford View is a pair of houses dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, located on Chevin Road. These two and a half storey buildings are constructed of coursed stone and feature slate roofs, with their rear facades facing the street. The main elevation, which faces east, has a symmetrical design. Each house has brick chimneys and two central windows, which are flanked by one window on each side that is slightly advanced and topped with pediments. There is also one outer window on each side. The windows are sashes with roundels in the tympani. The street facade displays irregular fenestration. Number 4 has a plank door with radial glazing above a rectangular fanlight, while number 6 features a six-panelled door, with the top two panels now glazed.
