Description

Cloister is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that forms the rear wing of a three-storey stone terrace, which includes Nos 1 to 5 Chevin Alley. The building features a slate roof and has three windows that are irregularly placed, with generally modern glazing in earlier sash spaces. The door has a cambered head lining. Cloister is included for its group value and as an integral part of the terrace, representing an early example of a sloping roof.
