Description

No 4 Sunny Hill is a late 18th century to early 19th century three-storey house built of coursed stone with a tiled roof and end brick chimneys. The facade is symmetrical and features three windows, all of which are iron casements with glazing bars and central opening lights. There is a solid stone porch at the center of the house. The front wall includes iron fittings such as shutter clips and a ring. It is said to have originally been a 'gentleman's residence' before becoming a public house.
