Description
Bowbridgefields Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a plain tile double range and a hipped roof featuring lateral brick stacks. The building has three storeys and is characterized by symmetrical three bays on the east elevation. It includes a central doorway with a moulded wooden doorcase, a half-glazed door, and a semi-circular fanlight, with glazing bar sash windows on either side under cambered brick heads. Above, there are three similar windows, and three smaller windows under segment heads, with the left two being blind and the right one featuring a wooden casement. The north elevation has two 20th-century windows, while the south elevation has two glazing bar sashes of different sizes on the ground floor. Inside, there is a staircase with stick balusters.
