Description

Broadholm Farmhouse is a 17th-century stone farmhouse located in fields along Matlock Road, featuring later alterations and additions. It has a tiled roof with off-centre and end chimneys and stands two storeys high. The façade includes three windows with stone mullions, which are fitted with late 18th-century to early 19th-century casements, and a central door. On the north side, there is a slightly lower two-storey section with one window and an advanced gabled porch that is rendered. At the rear, there is a later red brick wing.
