Description

This is a tombstone located 4 metres south of the south porch of St Mary's Church, dating from around 1733. It is made of stone and features a low, wide double design with a raised moulded edge and a central division. The south panel is inscribed with the words 'Here lyeth ye body of Paul Brenthard who departed this life ye 30th .... 1733. Aged 72'. The north panel contains the inscription 'Here lyeth ye body of .... his wife .... 1727. Aged ....'.
