Description

Foreclose Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from whitewashed coursed squared sandstone with stone dressings and features a plain tile roof with brick gable end stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, arranged in a two-room central entrance hall plan. The central entrance is marked by a quoined doorcase that holds a 20th-century half-glazed door, which is topped by a bracketed 20th-century wooden hood. Flanking the entrance are two 2-light flush mullion windows, with two similar windows above, alongside a central single light window. All windows are fitted with 20th-century small pane casements.
