The Lodge is a cottage, possibly from the 17th or 18th century. It is built of coursed rubble and features a stone-tiled roof with brick gable stacks. The building has two storeys and a two-unit plan, with the entrance located in the gable wall. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows, which have been renewed. The gable is accentuated by large squared angle and stepped stones.
