Description

Inglewood Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble that has been painted, and it features a new roof covering. The building is 1½ storeys high and has a three-unit plan. The doorway is positioned against an axial stack, with two casements featuring fixed upper lights and chamfered timber lintels located to the right of the door, and one to the left. The roof includes new dormers, and the gables are coped with large stepped stones. There are brick stacks at the gable and axial points.
