Description

Cotton Cottage is a cottage, probably from the 17th century. It is built of rubble, arranged in alternating large and small courses, featuring angle quoins and coped gables with moulded kneelers. The roof is tiled and includes dormer windows. The cottage has a three-unit plan, with one unit located to the right of the door. All windows have been replaced, with those on the ground floor having concrete lintels. There are gable and axial stacks made of moulded stone. At the rear, there is an early 20th-century vernacular revival wing.
