Yew Tree House is a large farmhouse, likely built in the late 17th century. It features coursed rubble construction with angle quoins and coped gables. The slate roof is adorned with bands of fishscale tiles. The building has two storeys and a three-unit plan, with sash windows on the ground floor and 2-light casements above. There is a doorway situated in a gabled porch. To the left, there is one moulded stone stack, along with a brick axial stack. To the right, there is an additional lower range of two bays, with the outer bay featuring a catslide roof and two modern dormers.
