Description

No. 2 New Road is a house, likely built in the early 18th century. It features a render over stone or brick, with a Welsh slate roof at the front and stone tiles at the rear. The gable faces the street. The house is two storeys tall and has a two-unit plan. The doorway is located to the left, set within a modern porch, and there are two 16-light sash windows to the right. The upper windows are also 16-light sashes, but they do not align with the lower windows. The house has stone coped gables and a central stack. The side elevation and rear include a plinth and string course, and there is a spine beam within.
