House, late C19. Coursed squared rubble with Welsh slate roof. 1½ storeys. A single bay to street, and a long wing behind. On the street elevation is a canted bay window to ground floor, and a half-timbered gable dormer above. Rear wing has a tall 4-centred arched doorway and 2 casement windows with relieving arches. Gabled dormers above. Projecting side wall stack to left of doorway. Rear wing may incorporate an earlier building: there is one single light window with ovolo moulded surround. Included for group value with Nos. 19 - 23.
