Description

No. 36 West End is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features wooden lintels, topped with a Welsh-slate roof and brick gable stacks. The house has a two-unit plan with an added bay and stands two storeys tall. The front has three windows, with a central glazed door situated below a built-up window. The outer bays feature 12-pane sash windows on both floors. To the right, there is an added lower bay that includes a two-light casement window above a secondary entrance. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
