Description
Holly House is a house with a core dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, which has been modernised in a late Victorian or early Edwardian style. The building is constructed from coursed rubble and features a stone tiled roof. It has two storeys and includes a projecting coped gabled wing on the left side, which has sash windows with margin lights on both floors. The main range has a doorway to the left with a yellow brick arched head and a sash window with margin lights on each floor. There is a coped gable to the right with a yellow brick stack, and another stack is located at the angle of the front wing. An additional wing extends to the rear.
