Description

This is a house, likely dating from the early 20th century, and a good example of vernacular revival architecture in a simple style. It is constructed of well-coursed rubble stone with angle quoins and has a stone-tiled roof with coped gables. The building is two storeys high, with a three-unit plan. The doorway is located to the left of centre and is set within a four-centred ashlar arch. The windows have smooth stone mullions and flat ashlar heads. A single-storey extension of two bays is attached to the left-hand side.
