Description

Home Farmhouse is a house, probably built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from well-coursed ironstone rubble, featuring quoins at the angles and openings. The roof is covered with stone tiles. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a symmetrical façade that includes a central door set within a wooden porch. On either side of the door, there are wood canted bay windows from the late 19th century. Above, there are 6-light and 4-light sash windows. To the right of the upper central window, there is a sundial that may bear a date, although it is not legible. There is also a wing at the rear of the house.
