Description

Rutland House is a house, probably built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-unit plan. The doorway is located to the left, with two 3-light casement windows on each floor, featuring flat timber lintels. There are two brick stacks, one to the right of the doorway and another on the right-hand gable. To the left of the main house, there is a lower outbuilding that is 1½ storeys tall, which includes a cellar doorway and a 3-light window above.
