Description

Priory Cottage is a cottage that was formerly a chantry or part of a Norman hall complex. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a stone tiled roof. On the west side, there is a single light with a chamfered timber lintel at ground floor level, along with a small round arched normal opening above it. The north wall has a Victorian traceried light at the first floor level. On the east side, there are various inserted casements from the 18th and 19th centuries, each with chamfered timber lintels.
