Description

Belmesthorpe Grange is a late 18th or early 19th century farmhouse. It is constructed of squared stone with ashlar dressings and has a Collyweston stone slate roof with coped gables and stone end stacks. The house is double-fronted, with a three-window range across three storeys. The central doorway has a rectangular fanlight above, set within a doorcase with pilasters and a full entablature. Above the door is a 6/6 sash window at the first floor level, and a 3/6 window at the second floor level. Triple sash windows of corresponding depth are located to either side. A two-storey gabled wing extends to the rear, featuring an end stack.
