Description

The building is a cottage known as Maltings, dated 1778. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a mansard roof made of Collyweston stone slate, along with a brick stack at the west end. The cottage has quoins and is single-fronted, with a door located to the left. It includes three-light casement windows that have glazing bars and are positioned beneath chamfered timber lintels.
