Description

PRESTON MAIN STREET,East Side SK 8602 and SK 8702 4/16 No 28 GV II House, formerly range of cottages. Late C17. Rubble, ashlar, blue slates. 2 storeys. Various windows. First floor has one stone mullioned window flanked by 2 two -light wooden casements. Ground floor has from left to right: one 2-light casement, on large window altered from original entry, one small casement with ashlar lintel, one 3-light mullioned window, one 3-light wooden casement with ashlar lintel. Dressed quoins. One central and one gable end brick chimney stack. Stone coping.
