Description

The Woolburn is a 16th-century cottage, originally an outhouse associated with the nearby Manor House. The building is constructed of rubble with ashlar detailing, and has a slate roof. It features a three-light stone mullioned window on the right-hand side and two small stone-dressed casements to the left. Later 20th-century stone windows and a dormer have been added. The building has stone coping and an ashlar stack. It is included on the heritage register primarily for its group value in relation to the Manor House.
