Description
This is an early 18th-century house located on the south side of Cross Lane, Preston. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and has a roof of stone slates. The house is two storeys high. The front elevation features two centrally placed, vertically aligned three-light mullioned casement windows. To the right-hand side are two smaller, one-light casement windows. The entrance is located to the left. A square ashlar stack is present on the left-hand gable end.
