Description

Yew Tree House is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Preston Main Street. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar detailing and features a blue slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has six stone-dressed windows with ashlar keystones that are symmetrically arranged across the three floors. The entrance includes an ashlar-dressed doorway with a fanlight above it. There is an ashlar string course at the ground level and ashlar quoins at the corners. Additionally, there are two two-light cellar windows and gable end ashlar stacks.
