10.11.55 No 28 (previously listed as Premises 70 yards west of Tudor House) GV II

House, dated 1787 TB on plaque. Of ironstone, with Collyweston stone slate roof, coped gables and limestone end stacks (that to east heightened in brick), with a brick ridge stack between the central and eastern bays. Two and a half storeys. Three window range. C19 panelled and part-glazed door between central and western bays. C20 casement windows with overlights. All openings have segmental heads and keystones (double over door). Cills. Wooden cornice. Three hipped 2-light casement dormers.
