Description

The wall and piers to the Manor House grounds in Morcott date from the late 17th century or early 18th century and extend approximately 50 yards in length. The structure is made of coursed rubble, with squared stones creating a steep coping. There are two channelled ashlar piers that once supported a gateway, each topped with ball finials.
