Farmhouse, c1830. 2 storeys, 3 bays and a symmetrical facade. Rendered with overhanging hipped slate roof. To ground floor central bay projects slightly and contains the doorway with fanlight, up steps. Long 12-light sash windows. Small projecting bay window on left side wall. Ridge stacks.
