Description

The Noel Arms is an inn, originally a house, likely dating from the 17th century. It is built of rubble with angle quoins and features large stepped stones at the gables. The roof is thatched, and the building has one and a half storeys with dormers. It consists of two units and has a baffle entry on the right, which is now blocked. There are two three-light casement windows, and a quoin has graffiti with a date of 1770 scratched into it. To the right, there is a single-storey thatched addition that now serves as the main doorway. Inside, the building features beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace.
