Description
The gateways and boundary wall to numbers 413 to 419 on Mansfield Road were built in 1906. They are made of rockfaced Bulwell stone with a rubble coping. The wall extends approximately 25 meters across the front of the houses, running parallel to Mansfield Road, and then continues about 20 meters along Bingham Road. There are four small gateways, and at the left end, there is a larger square gate pier that leads to a carriage entrance, topped with a pyramidal cap. This structure is included for its group value with the surrounding properties.
