Description
The building comprises a gateway and railings leading to the Church of the Virgin Mary Eleousa, constructed around 1910. The gateway is built of red brick with ashlar dressings and incorporates a pointed arch with traceried detailing above a gable, supported by cross-gabled square piers featuring niches. It has a pair of spiked gates. The railings run on either side, resting on a brick plinth with chamfered coping. A single square pier is located to the right, while a pair of piers flanking a gateway are present to the left; all exhibit pyramidal capitals. The elements are listed for their contribution to the group value of the church complex.
