Description
Numbers 119 and 121 are a pair of houses with an attached boundary wall and railings, built in the early 19th century. They are designed in the Classical Revival style, featuring stucco exteriors and a slate roof with a central corniced stack. The houses have dentillated eaves, pediments, and a blocking course. They are two storeys tall, plus a basement and garrets, and have two windows on each floor. Each gable end includes a central square porch that is two storeys high, with a panelled double door flanked by pilasters. Above the door is a glazing bar sash window, and in the pediment above that, there is a 6-pane sash window. Number 119 has an additional lean-to porch and a garret window. The street front displays two glazing bar sash windows on each floor, and the basement has two windows, one of which has been renewed. The boundary wall along the street front is topped with original wrought-iron railings, and at each end, there are square gate piers with pyramidal caps and renewed gates.
