Description
Nos 1 and 3 College Place is a building dating from around 1810. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys, featuring three sash windows. On the right side of the ground floor, there is a bow window. To the left, there is a moulded wood door case with a rectangular fanlight above a six-panelled door, and a plain porch supported by square wood posts. The building has moulded eaves and a hipped tile roof.
Nos 1 and 3 College Place, along with No 1 Queen Street, form a group with Nos 9 to 11 (consecutive), Nos 15 to 17 (consecutive), and the Cathedral Church of All Saints on Iron Gate, as well as No. 2 Amen Alley.
