Description

Nos 8 and 10 Market Square is an 18th-century, three-storey house made of stucco with a slate roof. It features one old sash window and has flanking bays on the ground floor that contain windows with five by four panes, along with one window that turns into the door. The door is adorned with reeded pilasters, entablature blocks, and a fascia with guttae. This building is included for its group value with Nos 2 to 12 (even) and Nos 16 to 23 (consecutive) on Broad Street.
