Description

These are 18th century or earlier buildings, likely originally timber-framed, and partially with exposed timber framing. They were later refronted with stucco. The buildings are three storeys high and have a slate roof. There are three original sash windows. The ground floor features large display windows, with a door situated between them. Numbers 4 and 6, Market Square, form a group with numbers 2 to 12 (even) and numbers 16 to 23 on Broad Street.
