Description

No 18, Market Square is a 17th century building that has three storeys and is constructed of colourwashed brick. It features a hipped slate roof and has one sash window with a rusticated flat arch. Inside, there are stop-chamfered beams in the cellar. The building currently houses a large modern shop and is part of the Bible House on Church Street. It is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 14 to 18 (even).
