  1. Formerly the Judges' Lodging. 1811. Red brick; 3 storeys; 2 sash windows with triple keyblocks and channelled lintels; stone sill band; moulded stone doorcase with semi-circular head and radial fanlight, 6-panelled door. Extended facade to forecourt of County Hall has 7 windows and doorcase with engaged Tuscan pilasters, radial fanlight, plain frieze and cornice and 6-panelled door. Moulded eaves cornice, blocking course. Nos 10, 11 and 11A,Former Rural District Council Offices, No 18, Country Hall, forecourt wall, gate piers, gates and railings of County Hall and Police Station form a group
