Description

No. 30 Westgate is a 18th-century building that has been partially rebuilt, with an additional top floor added. It stands four storeys high and features three windows. The structure is made of red brick and has a fairly low pitched stone flagged roof. The eaves cornice is wood moulded and has modillions. The first floor showcases finely gauged arches above modern windows, while the sashes with glazing bars above have stucco lintels and all have stone cills. There is a modern shop located on the ground floor.
