Description

12 Westgate is an 18th-century building that stands two and a half storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is finished in stucco with a plinth and incised lines. It has a fairly high-pitched swept roof, which is now covered with slate, and two tall chimneys made of handmade brick. The top floor windows are modern, while the first floor retains original sash windows with glazing bars, consisting of eight-pane sashes set in wooden architraves. The ground floor has modern casement windows and a central door, all framed in wood architraves.
