Description

94 and 96 Green Road are a pair of semi-detached cottages built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared gritstone and feature a slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high and have two first-floor windows, designed as a mirror-pair with entrances on the left and right. The doors are made of board and set in slightly projecting plain stone surrounds with tie-stone jambs. The square windows have plain stone surrounds and modern small-pane frames. The gable copings and a central ashlar ridge stack add to the architectural detail. The interior has not been inspected.
