Description
No 35 on Ilkley Road is a stone-built, stone-slated dwelling house from the 18th century, standing three storeys tall. It features a central doorway with an architrave and a keystone. On either side of the doorway, there is one window with a shouldered architrave, keystone, and a moulded cill. Above, there is one similar window on the first floor and two plainer windows on the second floor, all with stone architraves. The glazing is mainly modern. The building includes kneelers and gable coping. The door consists of six panels and has a rectangular fanlight with three lights. The property has recently been cleaned and repointed. No 35 is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 43 (odd) and a leather warehouse.
